Jessie Williams

Head-coach

Jessie is the founder of JWF and our head-coach of Nourished in 90. With a history of body dysmorphia and binge eating disorder, Jessie is passionate about helping women heal their relationship with food and improve their body confidence! Jessie’s aim is to help her clients achieve their goals in a way that feels good! Learn to love your training, find food freedom and live a happy, abundant and aligned life! She’ll give you the tools to find more positivity, love and gratitude that’ll have a flow on effect in all other areas (relationships, career, etc!) If you’re looking to make healthy changes to your body, while learning to love where you’re at in every stage, Jessie will help you do just that!

Sarah Cumberbatch

Co-coach

Sezzy is all about empowering women to find their inner-strength; mentally and physically! She’s an absolute star at teaching girls about macros, energy balance and nutrition to achieve sustainable results. She loves resistance training and helping women feel confident and positive toward their training habits; through establishing proper mind-muscle connection, training as an act of self love (enjoyment) not self hate (punishment), and learning to rely on discipline over motivation! If you’re wanting to feel strong, confident and empowered AF when it comes to training, food and lifestyle, Sezzy’s got your back!

Shellee Rose

Shellee is our boss Mumma, mindset master and personal cheer leader. She will always give you honest and helpful advice. Shellee has faced a multitude of adversities throughout her life and knows first had the domino effect that mastering your mind can have on all areas of your life. Shellee is NLP certified and will provide you with tools to implement health and fitness into every day life, practice gratitude and mindfulness, manifest your goals and remove the limiting beliefs holding you back. She thrives off seeing others reach their highest potential! If you’re ready to live a positive, happy, healthy life filled with purpose, fulfilment and enjoyment, Shellee is the coach for you!

Over an incredible 90 days, we’ll give you the tools you need to implement so you can learn to:
– nourish your body properly, using proven nutrtional strategies

-nurture your mind, with sleep and stress management tools and weekly tasks to challenge and master your mindset
