PB choc chip cookie

Hey cookie monsters 🍪

Find below my delicious cookie recipe using minimal ingredients (I tried to use things you would likely already have in the pantry!)

Makes: 8-10 cookies
Time: 15 – 20 minutes



  • 100g Oats/oat flour
  • 30g Vanilla plant protein
  • 75g Natural peanut butter
  • 50-100ml Almond milk
  • 1/3 cup stevia/natural sweetener
  • 30g Mylk chocolate or cacao buttons
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder


  1. Pre-heat oven to 175-180c
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper and lightly spray with coconut oil (optional)
  3. Mix all dry ingredients into a bowl (if you have whole oats, throw it into a bullet or blender for 30 seconds to create a flour).
  4. Add peanut butter and a dash of almond milk.
  5. Keep mixing and slowly adding almond milk until a dough-type batter forms
  6. Chop up mylk chocolate into small chunks and fold through batter
  7. Separate into 8 balls and press down onto baking paper with your palm or a fork
  8. Place in oven for 11 minutes
  9. Take out and let cool for 20-30 minutes before consuming
